I started imagining floor plans and drawing houses before I could spell properly.  I loved thinking about what colors went together, playing with texture and pattern, and re-imagining rooms. These things came naturally, and even though I was working with crayons, I knew I wanted to create amazing spaces. 

My design practice began in earnest in 2004. It started with a friend needing help on an overwhelming remodel, which led to a string of other projects and some of my most loyal clients.  My approach is informed by my education in fashion and textile design and work experience in costumes for theatre.  My years in advertising further trained my eye for great design and taught me how to help clients visualize and articulate their desires.  I aim to create gorgeous, warm, livable spaces that reflect your lifestyle and aesthetic.  I believe the spaces where we live and work should make us happy, comfortable, and inspired.  They are living spaces, not set pieces.  I love design that’s beautiful and practical, elegant and fun, approachable and personal -- whether it’s a historic Hollywood office, a family-friendly bungalow, or modern loft.  Life is short!  We should love where we live/play/work/love!  I’m here to help you live your best life yet. 

I am based in Santa Monica, CA but work on projects all over the greater Los Angeles area and beyond.
